Providing Valuable Career Education Guidance
Job Ready English LLC was built on a simple belief: that the right guidance at the right moment can change the direction of someone's career. With over two decades of experience in Los Angeles County workforce development, I provide career education that is practical, relevant, and rooted in real employer expectations.
From English language instruction to resume writing and interview preparation, every service I offer is designed to give job seekers the tools and confidence they need to succeed in today's competitive job market.

Engaged in the Local Community
Community engagement is not something I do from a distance — it is where my work begins. Across Los Angeles, I have been on the ground connecting residents with the resources, services, and opportunities they need to move forward.
That outreach has taken many forms: representing DPSS GROW at community events, participating in homeless outreach initiatives, collaborating with the California Conservation Corps GROW and FedEx partnership, and working directly with underserved populations to bridge the gap between need and opportunity.
The Los Angeles County DPSS Commendation I received in 2017 reflects that commitment — recognized for direct community service during the Blanket and Beanie Drive, an initiative that brought warmth and human connection to residents experiencing homelessness across the county.

Helping Job Seekers Find Work — Organizing L.A. Hiring Events
Community hiring initiatives have been at the center of my workforce development work across Los Angeles. From organizing large-scale job fairs to partnering with employers like Goodwill Industries, I have helped connect hundreds of job seekers with real employment opportunities — bringing employers and candidates together in the neighborhoods where people live and work.
Events like the Northeast L.A. Goodwill Hiring Event and the Downtown L.A. Job Fair represent the kind of on-the-ground engagement that makes a difference. Working alongside city agencies, nonprofits, and major employers, I have helped coordinate outreach, prepare candidates, and ensure that hiring events deliver results — not just attendance.
That commitment extends to the most vulnerable members of our community. In 2017, I represented DPSS GROW at the Los Angeles County Homeless Outreach initiative, working directly with unhoused residents to connect them with employment resources, social services, and pathways back into the workforce.
